Let’s travel: As the trip gets closer, we will make sure you are prepared before you leave, from packing lists, travel expectations to each country, etc. We will be with you from the moment you arrive to when you depart, ensuring your safety and happiness throughout the trip.
Crafting the ideal, personalized safari to Africa can take up to a year, primarily because the most sought-after accommodations are often booked more than 12 months in advance. However, that doesn’t mean it can be done sooner. The time and meticulous planning required ensure every detail is perfectly tailored to your experience.
**Once you make the decision to move forward to embark on your incredible journey and before the next phase of planning begins, we charge a non-refundable planning fee of $1,000. The decision to move to the next step is decided after the first call and will be invoiced once you communicate to Wakati Travel to begin the planning process. The fee will be credited towards the overall cost of the trip.
